The Stevie Awards for Excellence in Sales and Customer Service in North America recognize companies and teams that go above and beyond to ensure that their customers succeed under any circumstances, including a global pandemic. This year, there were additional categories created to address the unique pressures and challenges the pandemic presented to customers and recognize the ways in which different teams rose to the occasion to offer their customers support during what was an unprecedented time for all.
