A. The CXApp will become part of a larger organization where it can leverage more breadth and depth of resources to support sales, marketing, development, support, and back-office initiatives. The CXApp clients will also benefit from having access to Inpixon’s portfolio of Indoor Intelligence solutions including indoor mapping, indoor positioning, indoor device detection, indoor analytics, and GPS offerings. Bringing mapping, positioning and an app together in one team will improve time to deployment, getting our app in hands of users faster. Beyond expanding product wise, the acquisition will also create potential cross-selling opportunities with our clients across the globe.

Q. What is the product roadmap?

A. Current and in development CXApp solutions will be maintained, supported and enhanced. The companies' respective product development efforts will continue as previously planned, and the teams will work together to develop a product roadmap and products that leverage potential synergies. We will make new investments in Campus Experience, Events and EBC solutions to meet customer requirements and create new synergies with Inpixon mapping and location services.
