INPIXON RETURN POLICY FOR SYSTAT SOFTWARE PRODUCTS: Inpixon will accept returns and exchanges for unopened software up to 14 days from the date of purchase for the following reasons: (i) you don’t agree with the license agreement or (ii) the media or download does not work. Unopened software will be refunded for the full amount in the original method of payment, less original shipping and handling charges, and will take approximately 3-5 business days; unless an exchange is requested. Opened software may only be exchanged for the same product or any other Inpixon Systat Software product, provided that no copies have been made or retained. Inpixon, at its option, may issue credit toward a future purchase depending on the reason for an opened software return. All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA), to request an RMA or status on a return please contact our returns department at 1-800-797-7401 between 9 am and 5 pm Pacific time; return instructions will be provided along with the RMA number. Inpixon reserves the right to deny any return or exchange for any reason.
