Q. What is being announced?

A. On December 9, 2021 Inpixon (Nasdaq: INPX) announced that it will acquire 100% of the outstanding capital stock of IntraNav GmbH (IntraNav) through Nanotron, an Inpixon company. Q. What is being acquired?

A. The transaction consists of the acquisition of all of the outstanding capital stock of IntraNav, which would include all products, technologies, customer contracts, partnership agreements, patents and intellectual property.

A. INTRANAV, headquartered in Eschborn/Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is a leading industrial IoT, RTLS and sensor data service provider with solutions for industrial positioning, process automation and optimization based on real-time location and sensor data.

With INTRANAV’s digital industrial IIoT platform, you can digitize and automate your processes in production and logistics. Capture and process real-time data positioning data from various technologies such as:

INTRANAV’s IIoT platform empowers users to capture, visualize and interpret data so they can optimize transport flows and reveal historical trends with real-time reports.

Via a REST API, customers can integrate INTRANAV data sources with industry-relevant ERP or MES system, enabling companies to identify potential process optimizations and make data-driven decisions. Customers can also integrate with their own cloud analytics tools such as PowerBI, SAP or Tableau to INTRALYTICS to build their own dashboards.

A. Current and in development IntraNav solutions will be maintained, supported and enhanced. The companies' respective product development efforts will continue as previously planned, and the teams will work together to develop a product roadmap and new products that leverage potential synergies.

A. All existing licensing, support and service arrangements will continue without interruption. All customers will continue to work with their respective existing support and service contacts. Business continuity and excellent customer service will continue.
