Chief Executive Officer

David is a globally experienced product and business leader with more than 25 years shaping strategy, execution, and transformation across mobility, energy, and digital industries. His background includes senior leadership roles at Ericsson, Voi, Northvolt, Spotify, Telenor, and Mozilla, where he built and scaled high-growth ventures. During 15 years in China, David expanded Ericsson’s datacom business from inception to multimillion-dollar revenue and was recognized as one of the nation’s “Top 100 Mobile Influencers.”

Simon Almström

Executive Chairman

Simon is a product and strategic leader with 20+ years of experience driving transformation and growth across mobility, fintech, and industrial technology. He has held senior leadership roles at Northvolt, Scania, Zettle by PayPal, and Klarna, where he built and scaled product organizations and led strategic initiatives. At Northvolt, he led the development of the company’s in-house Manufacturing Execution System (MES), and at Scania, he advanced logistics decarbonization through data-driven business strategy.

Thorsten Unger

Advisory Board Member

Thorsten is an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with extensive experience building technology companies and supporting innovative ventures across digital media, learning technologies, and industrial markets. He currently serves as CEO of Texentium Advisory Partners GmbH and is a board member and strategic advisor to several companies. His work focuses on helping organizations translate new technologies into practical solutions that create value for businesses and society.

Jordi Vallejo

Head of Engineering

A technologist and serial entrepreneur passionate about creating, producing and marketing engineering products, Jordi brings 20+ years of experience leading and scaling s/w and h/w engineering teams. Fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish, he has grown multicultural teams in the U.S., Asia, and Europe. Jordi lived 10 years in China and Taiwan where he developed deep expertise in electronics, plastic injection, metal parts, and the quality assurance processes associated with mass production. Jordi earned his MBA from Universitat de Barcelona.

Scott Howell

Head of Inpixon Americas, Inc.

Scott leads Inpixon's U.S.-based subsidiary and heads the global marketing team. He and his team strive to "Build the brand, create demand, and exceed the plan." He blends sound strategic thinking with intentional execution to drive revenue and success. He honed is ability to manage people, projects, time and money with former employers Ingram Micro, Identiv and Ziff-Davis. Scott resides in Southern California and holds MBA and BS (in Business Adminstration) degrees.

Jason Witkowsky

Enterprise Sales

Jason is a sales strategist with over 15 years of experience driving enterprise growth. At Inpixon, he focuses on strategic customer engagement for technology solutions that create smarter, safer, and more secure environments. His background combines strong commercial expertise with an engineering foundation, including roles at Inpixon, nanotron, Envio Systems, and Eaton. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and graduated cum laude.

Ailene Cortez 

Senior Director of Finance

Ailene is a finance leader with over 20 years of international experience across Asia and Europe. In her role at Inpixon, she brings expertise in financial leadership, governance, and operational management in high-tech environments. Her background includes audit, tax, and financial management across multinational organizations, including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Zuellig Pharma. Ailene is a Certified Public Accountant and holds dual MBAs in International Management from the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
